Kay Jewelers closed its doors after nine years in business.

Kay Jewelers in Atlantic Station has shuttered its Midtown doors, the mixed-use development Tuesday announced on Facebook.

“Kay Jewelers recently closed their doors at Atlantic Station,” according to the social media post. “What would you like to see in its place?”

Several commenters including Leah Holt recommend that “Charming Charlie’s” take Kay’s place.

The jewelry retailer was one of the first tenants for the mixed-use development. Kay first opened its Atlantic Station store in 2006.
