The Devil Went Down To Georgia Wearing Prada

Rumored to launch the Atlanta Market in Midtown, Prada is now confirmed to open at Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead.

Taking space in the Neiman Marcus Luxury wing, Prada will occupy a portion of Godiva and the shuttered Mark Shale space come 2011.

Godiva is relocating and Louis Vuitton is currently occupying the Mark Shale space as they renovate/expand (story here) so expect quite a few changes to this area of the mall between now and next year.

Ermenegildo Zegna is also slated for a spring 2011 opening and Hervé Leger isn’t far from their fall 2010 opening (story here).

Lastly, The Atlantan’s Nacy Staab reports that Neiman Marcus will boast a 300-square-foot, Anouska Hempel-designed, Van Cleef & Arpels pop-up shop now through December 31.
