Training Collective, a co-working space for personal trainers, is coming to Inman Quarter, hoping to open its doors to the public in mid-October.

Training Collective was developed and is being led by Elspeth Brotherton, founder of Highland Yoga which has five locations across Atlanta.

Brotherton spent about a year developing the idea for Training Collective and it will serve as a space for personal trainers to have everything they need, from a fully outfitted gym to business support, to build their individual brand of personal training.

At the moment, Brotherton said there isn’t a centralized spot for personal training in the area. Most of the options for personal training are scattered throughout the city in various gyms and fitness facilities. Her hope is that Training Collective serves as the go-to place for clients seeking a personal trainer and also makes the personal training experience more accessible.

For trainers, Brotherton hopes Training Collective can help empower them to do their training at a high level and help new personal trainers build their business from the ground up.

Those interested can keep up with Training Collective via Facebook and Instagram in anticipation of its opening day in the fall.
