Warby Parker’s ‘Buckhead Atlanta’ Space to Cost 5,318 Pairs of Glasses

Trendy eyewear retailer eyes mixed-use project.

Warby Parker is moving forward with plans to open a boutique in Buckhead.

The New York City-based eyewear retailer submitted a building permit application with City of Atlanta Thursday to buildout space in San Diego developer Oliver McMillan’s Buckhead Atlanta development.

Warby Parker, whose glasses start at $95, will spend an estimated $505,25o (or approximately 5,318 pairs of spectacles) on construction at the up and coming mixed-use project.

The 1,799-square-foot space will open alongside several other recently announced tenants including Spanx, Theory and Tod’s (click here for the entire list of confirmed restaurants and retailers.)
