Frozen Yogurt shop to take space belonging to the soon-to-close Market boutique.

Yogli Mogli Yogurt is opening a Buckhead location.

The frozen yogurt franchise will join Roasters Chicken and Pizzeria Venti at the Plantation Heights shopping center.

Karin Keeling, owner of Market boutique, told What Now Atlanta on a trip to the location Sunday that Yogli Mogli would open in Market’s place.

Yogli Mogli filed a permit with the city of Atlanta Friday for a tenant build-out at the 2000-square-foot space on Lenox Road.

Yogli Mogli will reduce the size of the space to 1,704 square feet and utilize the rest of the square footage as a patio, according to the permit.

Market, which opened at the shopping center in 2002, will relocate to space next door for two months before closing permanently, according to Keeling.

“I’m just kind of done,” Keeling said. “I’m ready for a new challenge.”

Yogli Mogli Yogurt was not immediately available for comment.

  • Interesting location. Seems like most yogurt places are going in busier shopping centers or places where there are more walkers. They’ll get plenty of business from Roasters diners though!

  • Great selection of location. Also I just want to comment about their staff. Very friendly and helpful staff! Fresh, tasty toppings! The yogurt tastes as good as ice cream!

  • Parking at this shopping center is a nightmare, even with the expanded parking in the back. However, this is a great addition.

  • 1) Roaster’s is fantastic.

    2) I can’t believe they keep putting food in that plaza — there’s absolutely no parking!

  • All the food groups with the exception of bar food. As someone that lives within walking distance, I’d love to see a neighborhood pub with some amazing happy hour specials 😉
