Ali’s Cookies has temporarily closed its Perimeter Place retail store.

The bakery, at 4511 Olde Perimeter Way, recently experienced a small electrical fire.

Jeff Rosengarten, the owner of Ali’s Cookies, shared the news in an email to What Now Atlanta over the weekend.

Water from the sprinklers caused the most damage, Rosengarten said.

Ali’s Cookies could reopen early 2019 but not before February.

Orders placed through the Perimeter Place store are being handled through the company’s East Cobb location.
