You can now live in Alpharetta City Center.
Amorance, the residential component of the 26-acre mixed-use district in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, opened for occupancy earlier this month.
South City Partners is the developer.
“There are only 168 apartments, so our focus here was to make a very high-end, boutique living experience,” Will Casaday, vice president of development for South City Partners, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email.
“The units are, on average, larger than found elsewhere and we offer two primary finish packages, with lots of single-family home touches (8” widespread plumbing fixtures, big bathrooms, engineered hardwood floors, some floor plans with range hoods and in-wall ovens, etc).”
Foor plans range from a one bedroom, all the way up to a two bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom plus den/office.
Six units are available in a two-story format with street-level stoops and a finish package “unique to themselves.”
Alpharetta City Center last week welcomed Restaurant Holmes, the development’s first-to-open eatery.
