Private homebuilder Ashton Woods has announced the opening of the second phase of its Aria community, located across from the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Sandy Springs.
The new phase in Aria North will feature townhomes, lofts, and walking trails.
“…We have now surpassed the 200-homes-sold threshold, and we are thrilled to offer even more options to new homebuyers,” Patti Dunn, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Atlanta, said in a prepared statement.
The townhomes will be a collection of the “Opera, Symphony and Tenor” series, ranging from 2,171 to 3,576 square feet and from $570,000 to $690,000.
Late 19th Century English Arts and Crafts architecture inspired the design.
The lofts, part of the “Composer” series, will feature one bedroom and one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half bathrooms, with square footage ranging from 970 to 1,633 square-feet and prices starting at $350,000.
“Aria is a community grounded in the concept of New Urbanism and offers a live-work-play lifestyle with unparalleled design options,” according to a press release.
“The community is designed to embrace the natural hills, crests, and slopes of the land and features open spaces surrounded by a nature trail.”
Aria was first opened in early 2017, at 740 Abernathy Road NE, just north of Interstate 285.
Utilizing the team of designers at The Studio by Ashton Woods, each home can be personalized from flooring to fixtures.
