Campania is opening a second location, this time in Milton.

The Neapolitan-style pizza joint will replace the now-shuttered 850°F Barpizza, at 12635 Crabapple Road.

Owner Jennifer Muller acquired the restaurant space earlier this year.

“Our oven is already in transit from Naples,” Muller in an email Monday told What Now Atlanta.

“If everything goes smoothly,” Campania Milton will open December 4, 2018, she said.

The hand-crafted oven is made using bricks of volcanic soil from the Mt. Vesuvius region and is created in Naples by master mason Stefano Ferrara.

“Using traditional double zero flour, natural yeas, and sea salt, we construct a delicious canvas for our authentic ingredients,” according to the Campania website.

The tomatoes, meats, and cheeses used in Campania’s pizzas are imported.

Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. sold 850°F Barpizza to Muller “in just 18 days,” according to the brokerage’s website.

The 3,000-square-foot space, with seating for 80 inside, and 60 outside, sold for $275,000.
