Core 57, an expansion of local business Core Physique, is the latest business to debut at Alpharetta City Center.

The company offers classes that range from circuits to TRX, aerobics, yoga, and trigger-point training.

Group classes and semi-private classes are available, as well as nutrition guidance, fitness assessment, and goal setting.

“Our approach to fitness is about getting the body to move in a safe yet challenging manner,” Kolleen Riddick Losch, owner and founder of Core 57, said in a press release this week.

“It is about creating a healthy community. We have some of the best trainers in the industry with a vast knowledge of the human body. Our goal is to make working out fun, while at the same time making you feel better. We want our clients to be the healthiest they have ever been.”

Core 57 is situated in the newly-opened mixed-used development, at 394 Commerce Street.
