Doughnut Dollies is reopening its doors in Marietta Saturday, September 1.

The doughnut shop, at 724 Cherokee St NE Ste. D, closed in late-July due to damage from a car accident involving Doughnut Dollies’ building.

After undergoing repairs, largely to the kitchen, the doughnut shop is open for business again as of 8 a.m.

“We are so excited to be reopening Doughnut Dollies this Saturday and can’t wait to see our customers,” a company spokesman Friday told What Now Atlanta in an email.

“We appreciate the community’s support and patience during the construction.”

On Saturday, customers who say “What the Truck” will receive a free doughnut with a purchase of equal or lesser value.

A second location for the doughnut shop is planned for Atlanta.

Announced in February, it’s unclear when the new shop will open its doors.
