North American Properties, the developer overhauling Midtown’s Colony Square, Wednesday announced the first round of tenants slated to open in its forthcoming Revel mixed-use development.

The $900 million, 118-acre mixed-use project, situated adjacent Gwinnett County’s Infinite Energy Center, will be home to Regal Cinemas, Superica from Ford Fry, and The Painted Pin, according to the announcement.

Revel’s website now also lists the new tenants.

“We’re all about growing alongside these new communities with like-minded neighbors,” Fry said in the announcement.

“We are excited to spread the Tex-Mex love throughout the south and bring Gwinnett a place they can call ‘their own Superica.’”

American Barber, Honeysuckle Gelato, Jinya Ramen Bar, Maker’s Coffee & Wine, Secreto, and The Local Expedition Wood Fired Grill, have also been secured for the development.

Opening timelines have not yet been disclosed.

Wahlburgers earlier this year submitted an LOI to open at Revel. It’s unclear if that deal has been finalized as the burger joint was not included in Wednesday’s announcement.

Revel, currently under construction, will feature the following when complete:

  • 300,000 square feet of shopping, and local and regional chef-driven restaurants
  • 18,000-square-foot Food Hall
  • 55,000-square-foot Regal Cinema with twelve auditoriums
  • 20,000-square-foot grocery market
  • 4-star, 340-room Westin hotel
  • 900 residences with both single and multifamily offerings
  • 650,000 square feet of “high-tech: workspace with “unmatched” connectivity and amenities
  • Infinite Energy Center: The Arena, The Forum Conference Center, The Theater and The Hudgen’s Center
