Sprouts Farmers Market is wrapping up construction on its new Smyrna grocery store, the company announced in a press release this week. It is slated to open on December 1, 2021.
The 18,500 square-foot Sprouts, at 2530 Cumberland Boulevard SE, will be the grocer’s third location in its new, smaller format “which makes it easier for shoppers to find innovative and attribute-driven products with updated signage, décor, and department layouts,” according to the release.
Sprouts replaces a Cost Plus World Market in the Heritage Pavillion shopping center, and details about the grand opening celebrations will be announced at a later date.
The store is currently looking to fill approximately 80 full- and part-time career opportunities. Sprouts will host a virtual hiring event for the store on October 19 and 20.
