Peachtree Corners Town Center has landed another restaurant tenant, this time a Latin-Asian fusion eatery.
Fork U Concepts will open Taqueria Tsunami at the under-construction mixed-use development early-2019.
The Peachtree Corners Taqueria Tsunami will be the company’s eighth Georgia location, Scott Kinsey, co-owner of Fork U Concepts, Friday told What Now Atlanta in an email.
“There will be a rooftop bar overlooking the greenspace proposed by the City,” Kinsey said.
Currently, in permitting, the new Taqueria Tsunami will join an extensive lineup of previously announced tenants including CineBistro, Farm Burger, and First Watch.
Existing locations are in Athens (downtown and Oconee), Marietta (Marietta Square and East Cobb), Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Woodstock.
Fork U Concepts’ portfolio of restaurants also includes Stockyard Burgers and Bones and Pressed Panini Bar.
