Mayfair Street Partners later this year will begin construction on The Maxwell, a new mixed-use redevelopment project in downtown Alpharetta.

The Maxwell is expected to deliver in Spring 2020.

In addition to the 40,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office that Mayfair is developing, the project will also offer 138 residential units developed by The Providence Group.

Condos, townhomes, and single family homes will make up the project’s residential component, starting in the $300s, $500s, and $700s, respectively.

“New homes at The Maxwell will feature urban, mercantile-inspired architecture set along quiet streets, creating an authentic city center setting that will at once welcome you home and inspire you to set out and explore,” according to marketing materials for the project.

“Rooftop decks and outdoor spaces will offer the perfect spot to relax or entertain and take in the views. Inside, bright open interior designs crafted with your life in mind will make it easy to feel right at home.”

The Maxwell is situated along the “Alpha Loop,” a paved trail that shares similarities to the Atlanta Beltline.

A yet-to-be-disclosed brewery is the only known tenant for the development which will pair well with The Maxwell’s open container policy.

Jason C. Joseph, managing director and partner at Mayfair Street Partners, did not respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
