Rolling Hills Food & Beverage, Inc. has filed a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition under the Small Business Subchapter V. Attorney Robert DeMarco filed the petition, which carried a $1,738 filing fee, according to PacerMonitor.
Under the court’s schedule, the company’s Chapter 11 reorganization plan is due by January 22, 2026. The case lists assets between $500,000 and $1 million and liabilities between $10 million and $50 million, says RK Consultants.
On October 27, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court issued a scheduling order setting a status conference for December 18, 2025, to be held virtually via WebEx. The company’s Subchapter V reorganization plan is due January 22, 2026.
The court also noted a notice of deficiency, requiring the company to submit several missing financial documents, including its balance sheet, cash flow statement, and schedules of assets and liabilities by November 7, 2025. A meeting of creditors is scheduled for December 3, 2025, to be held by telephone.
