Austin’s hospitality sector prepares to take a new leap with The Code, which is developed by Pearlstone Partners in collaboration with AvantStay. The latest property, designed as fully furnished residences with hotel-style services, includes 152 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts.

Located along South Lamar Boulevard, The Code is close to Austin’s most cherished restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, fitness studios, and music venues. In addition, the property is just a drive away from Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, downtown, and Barton Springs.

“The opening of The Code marks an exciting expansion of what modern hospitality can look like,” said Reuben Doetsch, co-founder of AvantStay. “We’re bringing our proven guest experience and operational expertise into a setting that supports travelers, residents, and owners alike, all under one roof.”

The Code has a total of 152 furnished residences available for ownership, everyday living, and short stays. The studios, one-, and two-bedroom layouts at the latest Austin property have been designed to offer the feel of real apartments. Unlike hotel rooms, residents can find full kitchens, living spaces, in-unit laundry, and modern finishes in all these arrangements.

Through AvantStay’s concierge service and professional management, the Austin property is ready to present a flexible alternative for weekend travels, extended stays, and people searching for livable accommodations in Austin.

Amenities at The Code support both leisure and social interaction. Residents and guests at the Austin property can find access to a temperature-controlled pool with a gathering pool to hang out and tanning ledge to sunbathe. Other amenities at The Code include a 24-hour concierge and check-in, an outdoor kitchen, a rooftop terrace, a dog wash & pet park, and secure parking.

Austin guests can sip coffee and cocktails by Cuvée Coffee in the lobby lounge section on the hybrid property’s ground floor. Retail spaces at The Code include health and wellness offerings. In addition, a corner restaurant space is underway to launch later this year.

The Austin-based property offers two themed live-work suites tailored for larger groups and shared stays.

Inspired by Austin’s natural landscape, Zephyr offers a relaxed, wellness-oriented atmosphere suitable for longer visits and family weekends. Influenced by Austin’s music culture, Montage serves as an homage to local musicians and presents a gathering space for group trips, celebratory weekends, and creative retreats.

Those willing to stay longer can choose from The Code’s selection of fully furnished residences available with a 30-day minimum stay option. These homes can be used for both personal use and generating rental revenue (during periods when owners are not in residence) through AvantStay’s professional management program.

Investment Opportunities, Pricing, and Design

Condos at The Code feature a range of floor plans for buyers to choose from. Prices of studios start in the low $400,000s, one-bedroom residences start in the mid-$500,000s, and two-bedroom homes start in the $800,000s.

The residences at the Austin property are delivered fully turnkey and are designed professionally. This offers an accessible entry point for buyers seeking hospitality-focused real estate in a dynamic Austin location.

The interior design at The Code features three palettes: warm, organic tones; light contemporary finishes; and high-contrast schemes. Other highlights of the residences are hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, and custom Italian cabinetry. Interiors by Kim Lewis Designs offer refined materials in a relaxed, livable aesthetic.

“The Code was created for people who want flexibility in how they stay, how they live, and how they invest,” said Bill Knauss, CEO of Pearlstone Partners. “We’re excited to bring a hospitality experience that feels true to Austin while offering a strong ownership opportunity in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods.”

Residences are currently selling at The Code, along with guest stays available for advanced bookings.
