Cafe Java Opening Third Spot

Spanning over 2400 SF, the $375,000 build out is expected to reach completion in February.

According to recent public records, a classic Austin coffee brand is soon building up its third spot. 

Set for 12129 FM 620 Suite 102, at the Lake Creek Square Shopping Center, construction of Cafe Java’s third spot will consist of an “interior remodel of space for a restaurant.” Spanning over 2400 SF, the $375,000 build out is expected to reach completion in February.

Unfamiliar readers can expect a classic American breakfast diner menu of pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon and other staples. 

“Serving up hot food, hot coffee, and hot gossip since 1996! Check out our specialty coffee drinks, all day breakfast, burgers, desserts, and more,” the official website states.

No opening date has been announced.
