According to recent social media activity, Austin classic Cenote will soon relocate

“Closing crew at our last day open on Chavez,” a recent post states.

“We are working diligently now, moving our equipment, selling some of it, storing some of it and working on our upcoming era at 1405 e. 7th street. Watch this space for news on the new spot, we are super stoked for a rebirth just down the road.”

Readers may recognize that the bistro aims to revive the nostalgic all-day cafe concept this summer at the former Revival Coffee location on East Seventh Street, the Community Impact reported, citing Mary Jenkins.

The menu has long boasted a selection of French-pressed coffee, Austin-style tapas, tacos and dishes, craft beer and wine.
