Chick-Fil-A, the wildly successful fast-casual chicken concept, will begin building a new Kyle location in 2024, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 2211 Kohlers Crossing, just west of I-35, near EVO Entertainment Center.
Construction records examined by What Now Austin outline a $1.2 million price tag for the project which is described as a “ground up construction of quick service restaurant with drive thru and stand alone canopies.” Estimates declare that construction will start next April with a fall 2024 conclusion.
What Now Austin recently reached out to Chick-Fil-A representatives to inquire about the upcoming location and other potential central Texas expansion plans, but they were not immediately available for comment.
Founded in Hapeville, Georgie by Truett Cathy in 1946, Chick-Fil-A has since become one of the most notable and ubiquitous fast casual restaurants in the United States. Chick-fil-A is especially known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hospitable staff, and being consistently, unequivocally closed on Sundays.
