Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, announced the opening of its 37th restaurant in Texas, located at 18900 Limestone Commercial Drive. The local community was invited to celebrate this grand opening on Tuesday, March 25, where the first 100 guests in line won free chicken salad for a year.
Chicken Salad Chick of Pflugerville is owned and operated by Troy Morrison, an experienced restaurant franchise owner who oversees 100 Taco Bell and Wingstop franchises nationwide. Morrison recently acquired the rights to open 14 Chicken Salad Chick restaurants, including Pflugerville, across the Austin market. He also bought operating locations and development rights in the Indianapolis, IN and Tulsa, OK markets earlier this year, complementing his Chicken Salad Chick locations in Oklahoma City. The first of these restaurants opened in Moore, OK in August 2024.

Chicken Salad Chick is known for its dozen-plus variety of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts. The new Pflugerville restaurant offers in-restaurant and outdoor patio dining, curbside, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering options.

Giving back to the community is an important focus for the Pflugerville team and the Chicken Salad Chick brand, which established the CSC Foundation to support CURE Childhood Cancer and local food banks with fundraisers throughout the year. As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events in Pflugerville, the restaurant will be raising money for B.I.G. Love Cancer Care, a non-profit organization providing physical, emotional, and financial support to families experiencing childhood cancer in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
Chicken Salad Chick of Pflugerville will be open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 8pm.
