Crust Pizza, a growing Houston-based Chicago-style pizza chain, will open a debut Georgetown site in 2024, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 145 South Brook Dr.

Public records examined by What Now Austin state the $400,000 construction job will cover the “Interior build-out of restaurant in an existing shell building” spanning around 2,400 square feet. Construction should reach completion in July 2025.

Defining its brand on the company website, Crust states “When you’re in the mood for traditional Chicago-style thin crust pizza that you’ve heard so much about, Crust Pizza is here to serve you the real thing. Stop by and enjoy our family friendly atmosphere or take it to go!”

Readers unfamiliar with the brand can expect a diverse offering of pizzas along with pastas, salads, sandwiches and sides such as garlic knots and tomato basil soup.

No opening date has yet been set.
