According to recent reporting in ABJ, Houston-based restaurant chain Dish Society is searching for a third site location after just having opened its second town.

Dish Society’s parent company Five 12 Restaurant Concepts, run by founder and CEO Aaron Lyons (who is from Austin), opened the first Austin location of its all-day mini-chain cafe in the Mueller neighborhood in December 2023. Readers can expect items like pancakes, breakfast plates, eggy dishes, toasts, tacos, chicken and biscuits, sandwiches, salads, sweet potatoes with brisket, and much more. Then there are drinks like coffee, beers, wines, and cocktails,

Reportedly, Dish Society is actively seeking a third location in Northwest Austin, ideally for a store with a square footage ranging between 3,500 and 4,000 square feet, with large patios in mixed-use developments or high-traffic centers.

“We like The Domain and everything surrounding it,” Lyons said. “It’s also far enough from our existing location that it won’t cannibalize and gives us a strong foothold in the major pockets of the city.”
