Distillery Coming to Dripping Springs

According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to Dripping Springs.

Dripping Springs Distillery will begin works at 121 Brownson Lane. The project will consist of building out “work areas & public areas, including tasting room and associated areas” at a cost of $850,000, set to reach completion in November.

Running the establishment will be Davis Tucker, a local business owner whose linkedin lists him as CEO of Craft Pioneer Consulting.

“Crafting the future of Texas’ new breweries & distilleries. Working with start-ups and currently operating small brewers & distillers to lead them on the path to success. Consulting, laying out the plan, finding appropriate locations, sourcing equipment, developing brands, and building marketing plans,” his position description states.

No opening date has been announced.
