According to recent public records, a new restaurant is coming to Leander.
First Watch, the popular and quickly-growing breakfast food chain, will soon come to 19397 Ronald Reagan Blvd.
Records examined by What Now state that the build will consist of a “first time tenant finish out of existing empty vanilla shell to new first watch breakfast brunch and lunch restaurant.” The $750,000 is expected to be done by early 2026.
“First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients,” a representative told What Now in 2023.
First Watch’s menu features choices like Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon, alongside fresh-made juices and Project Sunrise coffee. The chain also offers a revolving season menu. Dishes on the season menu have included Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up juice, and more.
No opening date has been announced.
