“Serving up the best Texas-style iced tea since 2009,” Midland-based beverage chain HTeaO is expanding its Texas footprint — planning to open a new shop at 701 Kay Ln in Pflugerville, according to public records.

“I currently have a store in construction in Pflugerville off of FM685 just south of Stonehill Center. We are (barring any setbacks) about 1-2 months from opening! It has been a long process to this point so I’m very excited,” franchisee Bethany Beeman tells What Now Austin.

The project—the construction of a “Construction for a 2,491 s.f., 1-story building for the sale of beverages”—will cost an estimated $1,200,000 and is not anticipated to reach completion until early 2025.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, HTeaO is best known for its fresh-brewed, 100% broadleaf iced tea made with double-pass reverse osmosis water and ice, as well as coffee options.

This location will be run by local franchisee Bethany Beeman.

No opening date has been set.
