According to public records, a new cafe is coming to Austin.
Pana Cafe, run by Saroj Khanal, will soon come to 9021 Goodnight Ranch Blvd.
Construction records examined by What Now Austin state that the project will start in October and reach completion by January 2026.
The notes state that “first-time interior finish-out of +/- 1,013 sf shell space. scope includes beverage service counter with integrated storage, limited retail display for coffee, customer seating, and back of house support areas.”
What Now Austin reached out to ownership, but they were not immediately available for comment.
No opening date has been announced.
