Jersey Mike’s Subs, the nationally ubiquitous sub shop, will soon be opening its doors in Manor, according to recent public records. The store will be located at 11910 E US 290 HWY.
The location, which will be run at least in part by Steven Spencer, will build a “tenant finish-out of a new retail shell strip centre space into a new Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurant with new kitchen equipment, interior walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work & finishes.”
The project is estimated to cost $500,000 and span around 1500 square feet. Construction will begin December and end in March.

All March long, Jersey Mike’s franchisees throughout the nation are celebrating the 5th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving. Last year, $2.1 million was raised for more than 100 different charities nationwide.”
No opening date has been announced.
