A permit filed for 18725 F.M. 685 in Pflugerville, details a $1.4 million renovation project set to transform a former 3,350-square-foot restaurant space into Kura’s signature dining experience.
The scope of work includes a “tenant restaurant fit out of existing 3,350 SF cold-dark shell including new partitions, new ADA toilet rooms, kitchen and equipment, MEP infrastructure, equipment and fixtures, furniture and finishes.”
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar has garnered a loyal following for its interactive dining experience. Diners enjoy a variety of sushi and other Japanese dishes delivered via a revolving conveyor belt, with options to order freshly prepared items through an integrated touch-screen system.
