La La Land Cafe is Opening Another Location in Austin

La La Land Cafe has already made a splash in Austin with its Congress location, now the cafe is planning to open another location on Burnet Rd.

La La Land Cafe continues to make an impact in the Austin community. Now the Dallas-born cafe is opening another location in ATX, this time in the Allendale neighborhood. According to a recently filed permit, La La Land Cafe’s second Austin location will open at 4418 Burnet Rd.

The permit shows that construction will start this November and wrap up by the end of February 2026. If all goes well, you can expect to see the new coffee shop up and running by March.

The first La La Land Kind Cafe opened in 2019. It is now stretched across a few cities, including Nashville, Houston, and Los Angeles, with more than 20 locations, according to its website.

Francois Reihani is the founder and CEO of La La Land cafe. What Now Austin reached out to Reihani for comment on the opening, but did not hear back by the time of publication.

The La La Land Cafe menu includes a variety of signature drinks like the Upsidedown latte, coolers, and unique signature avocado toast like the Truffle Burrata Toast. Surely you can expect the same, if not similar, offerings at the new La La Land Cafe that is set to open on Burnet Road next year.

Beyond its good eats and good drinks, La La Land Cafe is also about good deeds. According to its website, the coffee company started a foundation when it opened its first location with the simple mission to “provide valuable support and opportunities for fostering youth and individuals in need.” The cafe offers paid internships to help youth transition from foster care into adulthood.
