According to recent public records, a new donut establishment is coming to Leander. Smilin Donuts will be found at 18145 Ronald Reagan.
Construction notes examined by What Now delineate a “First tenant generation finish out for a donut shop” that will cost $130,000 and reach completion by September.
In a brief interview with What Now regarding another location in neighboring Pflugerville, owner Jamie Lyhuong Muor says that “construction should be done three or four months,” more or less confirming the estimates.
When asked why he chose this particular location in Pflugerville, he says “because I wanted a great location for the business.”
But that was all the information that Mr. Muor said, stating that the project was too early in the process to share more. No opening date has been announced.
