An unnamed pizza shop will soon open within the Unity Plaza in Pflugerville, according to a recent filing with the State of Texas. The pizza shop will be located at 1300 W Pflugerville Parkway, within suite 340.
The debut of the restaurant is especially notable considering the shopping center’s suites were largely empty in Q1 2022 and its only neighboring eatery is Buddha Burger. It is additionally worth noting that the nearest pizza places—DoubleDave’s and Little Italy—are around two miles away, giving the upcoming Pflugerville pizza shop and excellent position in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Listed only as “Pizza Shop” on the filing, the facility will be 1000 square feet and cost around $75,000 to complete.
What Now Austin reached out to owner Rahim Kachchhi to inquire about menu concept, seating details, and other aspects, but he was not immediately available for comment. What Now Austin had recently been in touch with Mr. Kachchhi over the development of a sports bar in the same shopping center opening in 2023.
