Located at the intersection of Highway 290 and FM973 in Manor, Manor Crossing is a shopping mall that is putting together an impressive roster of retail outlets and restaurants. It’s already home to an H-E-B, and its website features logos of restaurants like Papa John’s, Chick-fil-A, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Now, a new arrival may be in store. A post published in the Manor Community Circle Facebook group includes an image of a floor plan for the mall. Among the new editions: Eggs Up Grill.

Back in 2024, FSR published coverage about several multi-unit deals signed by Eggs Up Grill for the Austin area. The Manor location falls within the territory of franchisees Michael and Rana Boselah. What Now reached out to Michael Boselah on Friday to ask about plans for a new Eggs Up Grill at Manor Crossing. Boselah declined to comment at this time.

“Eggs Up Grill is home for the whole neighborhood – a place to sit down, relax, and catch up with friends and family, all while enjoying delicious meals, prepared with love, and served by team members who care,” says the Eggs Up Grill website. “Every time you enter your local Eggs Up Grill, you can experience a solid sense of community, where the sweet aroma of blueberry pancakes, that first bite of your favorite omelet, and the crunch of crispy bacon make you feel right at home. When you’re here, the hectic pace of the day fades away into the sounds of laughter as folks make up for lost time.”

The menu features Eggs Up Classics like Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs, the Biscuit & Gravy Breakfast, Founder’s Hash and Eggs, and lots more perennial breakfast favorites. Which means you will, of course, also find your French toast, your pancakes, and your Chicken & Waffles.
