According to recent public records, a beloved ice cream chain is soon building in Round Rock.

Marble Slab Creamery will soon begin working on its newest spot at 200 University Blvd.

Project notes examined by What Now delineate an “Interior Build-out of an extg tenant space. New tenant will be a retail snack food establishment (1,226 sf). The scope of work includes new partitions, finishes and millwork, adapting extg systems provided by Landlord to new layout.” The buildout is set to begin in July and finish by late October, costing an estimated $120,000.
