MealBux, the local halal to-go food brand, will open a new location in Austin, according to recent real estate intel. The spot will be found at 3301-3405 Steck Ave, within the Steck Town Center.

“Founded in 2020, MealBux strives to create a bespoke experience for your lunch delivery needs,” the official website states. “Specializing in boxed meals for large and small groups, as well as individual orders, MealBux partners with experts to curate the freshest, Halal-Certified cuisines for you and your gathering each day.”

As of now, the brand offers Mediterranean, Japanese, and Mexican-inspired offerings, all “fresh and ethically-sourced.”

What Now Austin briefly contacted owner Sefa Kara, but he declined to answer questions about the upcoming location.
