With locations in Austin and in surrounding environs like Leander, Pflugerville, and Round Rock, Milk + Tea is a local bubble tea favorite.

“Boba, also known as bubble tea, is more than just a drink—it’s a fun and refreshing adventure in a cup,” says the Milk + Tea (stylized as “milk + tea”) website. “At milk + tea, a local favorite with five locations across Austin, every sip is crafted with care, using only the freshest ingredients.”

Now, the local tea house is bringing its milk teas to a new part of the Greater Austin market. It’s set to open this spring in Manor, where submitted documents place Milk + Tea’s sixth outpost at 11910 E US 290 Hwy WB Suite 145. The documents say construction is expected to be complete by April 1.

“Our teas are brewed daily from high-quality tea leaves, and our boba pearls are made hourly, ensuring a chewy texture that pairs perfectly with every drink,” the Milk + Tea website continues. “From classic milk teas to fruity infusions, each drink is thoughtfully designed to deliver bold flavors and unique experiences. Whether you’re new to boba or a long-time fan, every visit to milk + tea is a chance to explore delicious, hand-crafted creations made with love and quality you can taste.”

Milk + Tea owner Cuong Nguyen was not immediately available to comment on news of a new Milk + Tea on Friday.
