Classic eatertainment establishment Mr. Gatti’s Pizza will soon begin building up its Liberty Hill location at 13740 W SH 29 # 1, according to recent public records. The establishment will be run by franchisee Jennifer Jensen.
“Mr Gattis Pizza has been satisfying pizza cravings for over 50 years,” the official website states.
“Our founder, James Eure, opened ‘The Pizza Place’ in September 1964 in Stephenville, Texas. In 1969, he moved to Austin, and open the first ‘Mr Gatti’s Pizza’ as a tribute to his wife’s maiden name. Over the years, Mr. Gatti’s Pizza has continued to grow and expand to over 70 locations and is now delighting guests with great pizza across the greater part of the southeastern United States.”
Public records state that the estimated $52,000 construction plan will consist of an “interior remodel” of the existing 4,500 square foot space. Estimates project an April conclusion.
