Noble Joe Coffee Co., the mobile cafe concept that is “empowering people through coffee,” has grown since the fall of 2021, when partners Dane Kenney and Bryce Oldham first saw their pandemic-era work come to fruition. Noble Joe has since opened a second mobile location, which hit the road in May 2025, and now it’s preparing to get a third one going this spring.

“We’re working on it right now,” Bryce Oldham told What Now on Friday. “We’re hoping to launch in March or April.”

Loved for drinks like the Noble Joe (an oat milk latte), along with the mobile cafe’s increasingly popular matcha drinks that come in varieties like strawberry and blackberry, Noble Joe Coffee Co. also serves up all your other favorite espresso drinks, whether you’re in the mood for a cappuccino or a cortado—or, for that matter, for a Cold Brew or old-fashioned drip coffee.

But, most importantly, Oldham says, Noble Joe’s Coffee Co. is a brand with a purpose.

“We give back 1% to micro-financing entrepreneurs and charities around Austin. And maybe we should talk about that more; we’re trying to now. Because we are all about great coffee and great customer service, but it’s always with that mission.”

The Noble Joe Coffee Co. website describes that mission like this: “We aspire to make a difference in the world. Noble Joe is a coffee shop whose desire is to make the best quality coffee with the best experience – all while empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs working hard to make our communities a better place.”
