The organic juice bar chain Clean Juice will be opening its debut Austin store at 6611 S. Mopac Expressway, within suite 600, according to a recent filing with the State of Texas. The store will be located just off the highway, near Taco Cabana, Whataburger, and Einstein Bagels, all notable fast-casual breakfast restaurants.

When asked why he chose to partner with Clean Juice, franchisee Ty Mobley tells What Now Austin, “I’ve always been very into health and wellness and, obviously, nutrition is a huge part of health and wellness. We did our research, felt that Clean Juice was a good place, met with the corporate team and found that our core values are aligned.”

Founded in 2014 by a husband and wife team, Clean Juice primarily serves smoothies, juices, açai bowls, wraps, sandwiches and salads. In less than a decade, the chain has exploded to over one hundred stores nationwide.

When asked why the South Mopac location was sought after, Mr. Mobley says “South Austin is growing very rapidly. There’s a lot of gyms and shops opening there, and it’s very close to the freeway.”

And why is Mr. Mobley most excited about his first restaurant?

“I’m very excited to get the Austin community inside of Clean Juice and experience everything we have. Sharing the nutrition and good tasting food is what I’m really excited about.”

Mobley and his team expect to open during the first quarter of 2023
