According to recent public records, a popular Leander coffee shop is planning its newest outpost.

Perky Beans will soon begin building at 2651 E. University Avenue in Georgetown.

Records examined by What Now reveal that construction “consists of tenant finish out space of 4,608 sq.ft. within an existing shell building.” Spanning 4608 square feet, the $575,000 is expected to reach completion in April 2026.

“Welcome to Perky Beans Coffee & PB Café, where every cup of coffee is brewed with love and every meal is crafted with care. Our cozy atmosphere and friendly staff are here to make you feel right at home,” the official website states.
“Whether you’re picking up a quick bite in our coffeehouse drive thru or joining us in the café for a leisurely meal, we promise a delightful experience filled with warmth, flavor, and community spirit. Come in, relax, and let us brighten your day!”

The move marks another milestone for duo Ron & Angie Diaz who originally began brewing coffee in California.

“From our humble beginnings as a mobile coffee truck on the streets of San Diego in 2013, Perky Beans Coffee has grown up and laid down roots in Leander, Texas. In 2019 we relocated to this beautiful state and opened our coffee shop and drive-thru in Leander, later adding neighboring PB Café in 2021,” the website states.

No opening date has been announced.
