Pho With Us, the popular Vietnamese restaurant located at 9900 South Interstate 35 Frontage Road, will soon be headed to Kyle for its second location, according to recent reporting in Eater. The restaurant will be found at 19086 S I-35 Frontage Road, near Denny’s, Torchy’s, and EVO Entertainment.
“Locally owned, serving Vietnamese food with a modern twist to it!” the official website states. “Founded by husband-wife Chef Paul Nguyen and Cheryl Pham, Pho With Us brings homestyle Vietnamese food prepared with the best ingredients and lots of love.”
“We actually have a lot of customers from Kyle and Dripping Springs,” Cheryl Pham tells What Now Austin. “We feel that where that Costco is located is a perfect location for the customers.”
Pham explains that the concept and menu will remain the same, but that the Kyle location will feature an outdoor patio.
“As Kyle sees a lot of fast-casual concepts pop up we really want to offer a full-service, sit-in experience in town.”
While Paul and Cheryl’s establishment is best known for its signature pho, the eatery serves a wide range of dishes such as bao, dumplings, eggrolls, glazed shrimp, banh mi, pad thai and other noodle dishes. In way of dessert, readers can expect a simple selection of pandan panna cotta, chocolate cake, and mochi ice cream.
So, when can eager pho fans anticipate a grand opening?
“We’re still in the works but we are aiming to open in February,” Pham states.
