According to recent reporting, a noted Austin restaurant group is ready to expand in Central Texas.

TC4 & Co. Hospitality, co-founded by Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, may expand its Cousin Louie’s Italian American brand, per The Business Journal

“The Dripping Springs location is drawing in people from Bee Cave, Lake Travis, Wimberley and Circle C, founders said, adding the lack of Italian American restaurants in the metro is causing the traffic, plus the business has gotten some buzz on social media,” the report states.

“It definitely had a lot more hype going in than we’re used to,” Ford said.

TC4 & Co. wants to add a Cousin Louie’s in the northern parts of Austin, more specifically in the Cedar Park, Round Rock or Georgetown areas.

“The roots of Cousin Louie’s Italian Restaurant stretch back to 1949, when Uncle Dominick Ciola opened the first Ciola’s restaurant in Virginia Beach, Virginia,” the official website states.

“Ciola’s quickly became a local treasure, renowned for its hearty Italian dishes and the warmth of family tradition.”

“At Cousin Louie’s, guests can enjoy the timeless Ciola family favorites that made the original restaurant a household name.”
