According to recent public records, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is headed to Hutto next. The restaurant will be found at 150 Alliance Blvd.
Public records examined by What Now outline a “commercial tenant improvements to existing building, incorporating Potbelly design standards” spanning 2000 feet and costing $425,000. It is expected to begin construction in August and end in November.

This location will be run by Jingesh Patel, who was not immediately available for comment.
