According to recent public records, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is headed to Austin next. The restaurant will be found at 3500 East Palmer Lane.
Public records examined by What Now outline a “commercial tenant improvements to an existing building consisting of 1,900 sqft, incorporating Potbelly design standards.” Spanning 1900 feet and costing $500,000. It is expected to begin construction in October and end in January.

This location will be run by Jingesh Patel, who was not immediately available for comment.
