“We’re thrilled to welcome Christie & Tim Fincannon to the Project Lean Family as our newest multi-unit franchise partners, bringing 3 locations to Austin, Texas!” said an Instagram post published by health food brand Project LeanNation on June 19.
The Fincannons will be working to expand a brand that strives to be “Your all-in-one solution for long-term healthy living,” offering “ready-to-eat meals, personalized coaching, and advanced tracking tools that make achieving your goals simple and sustainable.”
Those Meals include the Baja Beef Bowl (Chipotle-spiced beef over fluffy basmati rice, with a zesty corn & black bean blend, finished with a smoky chipotle sauce), which packs in 33 grams of protein for its 429 calories; the Chicken Bacon Florentine (Chicken breast & green beans over brown rice with a white wine Parmesan sauce, bacon, spinach, and garlic), with 30 grams of protein to its 435 calories; and the Maple Bacon Burger (Juicy beef tenderloin burger with maple bacon jam, paired with steak fries and steamed broccoli), with a whopping 44 grams protein packed into 479 calories.
Project LeanNation also offers protein shakes like the PB&Jacked (Elevate your classic PB&J with a blend of almond milk, vanilla whey, blueberries, oats, and grape aminos—designed for optimal post-workout recovery) and the Gladiator (A robust mix of almond milk, vanilla whey, oats, peanut butter, banana, and coco provides the nourishment you need to conquer recovery and face your next challenge).
Until the now, the only question has been, where in the Austin market will we find Project LeanNation?
Well, this week, What Now came across documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation that show the new Project LeanNation opening at 4720 Williams Drive, Suite 105, in Georgetown’s Woodlake Crossing Shopping Center.
The Project LeanNation website projects an opening in early spring 2026.
