Ubiquitous chicken fast casual chain Chick Fil A will soon begin optimizing its 110 Louis Henna Boulevard location in Round Rock, paying particular attention to its drive-thru facilities.
The project, which is expected to wrap up in February and may cost up to $275,000, is consistent with the brand’s continuing ambitions to improve the drive-thru experience.
In a recent interview with Insider, Chick-Fil-A noted that they have “teams dedicated to constantly innovating and testing new ways to elevate the guest and Team Member experience and improve efficiency in the drive-thru.”
This optimization comes on the heels of Chick-Fil-A developing a third Round Rock location
“While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location in the Round Rock area,” a Chick-fil-A spokesperson recently announced said.
“We are excited by the prospect of joining this neighborhood and hope to have the opportunity to serve new guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality.”
