Popular bakery and restaurant Swedish Hill will open a new location at 3662 Bee Cave Road, Suite 4A in Westlake sometime this year, according to recent reportage by Eater

“Swedish Hill Westlake, coming soon. Stay tuned for updates,” the establishment’s cryptic May 15 Instagram post states.

“Currently, the bakery is operating as a temporary business, nicknamed Little Swedish Hill, on West Sixth. This is happening because its original home at a different West Sixth address is being turned into a new mixed-use development, Sixth&Blanco. which is being co-run by parent company McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality (MML). That’s where its new permanent forever-home will be when the entire project opens in late 2026,” Eater reports.

Unfamiliar readers can expect to order baked goods, sandwiches, coffees, salads, soups, teas, breads, and more.
