The growing smoothie and health-food fast-casual brand, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, will soon begin building up a Georgetown location at 4620 Williams Drive, according to recent public records.
In a 2023 interview with What Now Austin, franchisee Matt Cohen said the following about running Tropical Smoothie Cafe stores:
“It was a great growing brand that offered a nice alternative to traditional fast food, healthy yet delicious, and I really liked where the brand was going. I spoke to different companies and they seemed like the best fit.”
And whare are Mr. Cohen’s favorite offerings?
“You know, I keep it simple. The chicken bacon flat wrap and a sunrise sunset smoothie—it’s strawberry, orange juice, mango and pineapple.”
Records state that the $250,000 construction will begin in June and wrap up by the end of the summer.
