According to recent public records, a new Tropical Smoothie Cafe is coming to central Texas.
Set for 5800 E. Parmer Lane in Austin, the new construction will begin in October and is estimated to reach completion by December per public records.
Construction notes state that the project will consist of “first-time fit out for interior tenant improvement for tropical smoothie cafe. new interior partitions, ceiling, lighting, finishes, mep. no structural or site work. 1,400 s.f..”
What Now Austin briefly reached franchisee Sameer Abrol, but he did not immediately provide comment.
“We make eating better easy breezy with fresh, made-to-order smoothies, wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads that instantly boost your mood,” the official website states, outlining the brand’s offerings.
“Experience the good vibes of the tropics whether you’re grabbing curbside, ordering in our app or getting it delivered. It’s like a tiny vacay in the middle of your day.”
No opening date has been announced.
