A local Mexican-fusion favorite is expanding with yet another Greater Boston location.

Anna’s Taqueria is heading to the suburbs, taking over the former site of B.GOOD at 1265 Worcester St in Natick. This news follows the chain’s planned openings in South Boston and at Northeastern University.

Founded in 1995 in Brookline, Anna’s serves casual Mexican street food like tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos, and quesadillas. The chain currently operates three locations in Boston, along with sites in Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, and Woburn.

Anna’s is owned by Andover-based Streetlight Ventures, which also operates BurtonsMargaritas Mexican RestaurantRed Heat American Tavern, and Otto Pizza. B.GOOD, another Streetlight Ventures brand, appears to be slowly being replaced by Anna’s, with several locations already converted.

Streetlight Ventures founder and CEO Anthony Ackil told MetroWest Daily News that the Natick restaurant will be fully converted in about three months, so be on the lookout for a late spring 2025 debut.
